Don Hurd has over 35 years of experience in supporting product development in the commercial space regulated industries, primarily medical devices. He led Realtime and numerous clients to certification in ISO 13485. He has extensive experience with regulatory compliance and development processes. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and holds 2 software patents.

A graduate of Texas A&M, Elizabeth Pacey serves as the Director of Operations & Human Resources at Realtime. She has over 20 years of experience in Operations and has worked in many different industries including market research, security, distribution, and travel.
Senior Director of Software, Electronics, and Systems
James Wucher has over 20 years of industry experience developing embedded firmware, desktop applications, and software systems. His specialties include Software Architecture, Embedded Software Design, Software Risk Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, Control Systems, and Project Management. Mr. Wucher holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

With over 11 years of experience in medical product design and development, Bill’s industry exposure spans all corners of the product development lifecycle. Requirements writing, product design, equipment design, supplier quality, manufacturing line development, product test development, component qualification, test validation, and procurement.
Senior Program Manager
Dina Grudo has more than 15 years of engineering and project management experience in regulated industries. She started her career as an engineer for NASA’s International Space Station and shifted to medical devices. Her background in working for small, medium and large companies make her understand the needs and constraints of each client, and her mechanical engineering background allows her to foresee and mitigate potential risks.
